Everyone Who wishes to drop ship create an account, make sure you fill out your information when creating account to match your business information, and next to your business name put (dropship) so we can tell you are not just a regular customer. ​Fast Handling - orders placed before 9 Am EST Ship the same day, Monday-Friday, if your order is placed after 9 AM, your order will ship the next day.
Fast Shipping - packages are delivered in 1-5 business days with FedEx, USPS, or UPS, some delays may occur due to issues with the carrier's service.

 All BeyondWhiskers Items Ship from 1 fulfillment center, all other items in our Shop will Ship from our 2nd fulfillment center in the USA, so your customer's order may come separately. You will receive a tracking number for all separate packages. 


Dropshipping:

You can choose to drop ship to your customer within the contiguous United States at no extra charge. Simply enter your customer's Name, Address, Phone #, and YOUR BUSINESS NAME in the company name spot, at checkout and our fulfillment center will auto-detect this as a drop-ship order.

    Buyer remorse- NO returns!

    We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your Customer Opens the item and the item becomes unsellable, no refund will be issued.

    Our returns department processes returns and refunds within 1 week of receipt. Return shipping costs and a 30% processing fee will be deducted from your refund on all returns. If the return is a result of a defect, damage in transit, or a shipping error on our part your return shipping cost and processing fee is waived, and original shipping charges will be fully refunded.

    You can expect a refund within 3-10 Business Days depending on your bank after your refund has been processed. A refund confirmation email will be sent detailing your refund for your convenience.

    Store Credit

    We do not offer a store credit on returned items

    Exchange Policy

    We do not do exchanges for different items due to perishable items

    Damaged or Defective Items

    Please check your items immediately upon Delivery, if we do not hear from you on the same day as delivery by midnight EST, we will consider your item received in perfect condition.

    Please contact us immediately if you receive a product that is damaged, Please do not ship products back to us, we will provide shipping labels and replacements promptly. If the order arrives to us undamaged, and you just used that as an excuse for no longer wanted, No refund will be issued.

    Penalties for advertising below MAP

    We require you to follow these policies to avoid policy violations, price wars, and account termination. If we contact your business regarding our policy, you must fix the violation immediately to avoid a cease and desist. If a policy is in constant violation your company may be put on a Do Not Sell List preventing us and other manufacturers from selling to your business until you are compliant. Blocks on your account will be removed if your business is from the Do Not Sell List. If your account is in constant violation, we reserve the right to terminate it.

    BeyondWhiskers Policy is no items to be listed at 10% under our current Prices, you can charge as much as you'd like for your business over our prices.

    White Label:

    Any BeyondWhiskers Item or Bulk Item can be White Labeled and shipped to all of the USA

    You can buy and Repackage with your own labels and Brand name, 

    Or we can do it for you for you for a fee. or you can do it yourself. How it works?

    You'll have A few options:

    1. Use our sizes and packaging.

    You upload your logo and the business information you would like to be shown on your product label.

    We will provide all the information required by law to be shown on your label from the product.

    Choose your type of label: Circles or Square, the label size is 3.33. A few samples and adjustments can be made so you can pick from our design until you love it! If you have an idea of the design you would like, upload it. 

    2. Choose your own product size, (for instance, we sell 1 oz samples, 4 oz, 8 oz, 12 oz, and so on, if you need a different size, such as 2.5 oz, 3 oz, 6 oz, and so on, pick a bulk item of 5 lbs. or more, and will split it up into those sizes requested by you, And Ship the items to you sealed and in a Blank bag. Our bags are usually White, or See through silver backed, and larger items are all Silver or Bulk Boxed depending on the size of your items.

    3. You'd like us to pack the items up with your logo and information and your design, or we can create you a design for you. (We can try to accommodate a certain bag color that matches your Brand) just let us know if we cannot accommodate your requested color, and you can use our bags. We use different types of bags depending on the size of the items. A White with a see-through section, A see-through front with a silver back, and larger items are all Silver or Bulk Boxed. Provide your design, and logo, depending on the bag size, your label can change to the suggested size. Pick your label Shape.

    When filling out the information, you will have the opportunity to upload your logo and product information.

    If you're planning to purchase our treats in bulk and repackage them under your own brand name, you will need to make sure your labels are AFFCO Compliant (see more details at affco.org). Each state has different regulations for what is required to be listed on your pet treats. We recommend reaching out to your state's Department of Agriculture and requesting they review your labels before you take them to print. You can find your state's contact information here: https://www.aafco.org/Regulatory/State-Information.

    Generally, the following things are required to be on your pet treat labels:

  • "Distributed by:" and your full business address

  • Name of the species the treat is intended for clearly on the main label (i.e. "for dogs," "for cats," "cat treats," "dog treats")

  • Net weight

  • Ingredients

  • Guaranteed Analysis

  • Calorie Information

  • Feeding guidelines

  • Do I need to register private-label pet treats in my state?

    If you are purchasing our treats and selling them under our brand name and in the packaging, you receive them in, you do not need to register the treats in your state.

    If you are repackaging our treats or selling them under your own brand name, you do need to register the treats under your own brand name in every state you are selling them in. The treats will need to be registered and approved by your state's Department of Agriculture.     Where can I get pet treat registration assistance?

    We do not offer product registration assistance or approval of pet treat labels. Here are some recommended companies that offer AAFCO approval and product registration services:

  • How do I know when my treats expire?

    All of our Treats - All of our treats have a "best by" date printed on the packaging.

    All orders must be inspected upon arrival

    How should I store the bulk treats I receive from BeyondWhiskers?

    Our bulk treats can be stored in the packaging that they arrive in. All bulk treats are sealed in large plastic bags inside of boxes. For long-term storage in these plastic bags, cut a small hole in the top of the package and twist the plastic bag shut to provide an airtight seal.

    If you will be storing your treats elsewhere, be sure to keep them in an airtight container and to store them in a cool, dry location.
