Wholesale Registration BeyondWhiskers White Label Wholesale Terms & Conditions Effective Date: May 12, 2026 By purchasing, receiving, repackaging, labeling, marketing, distributing, or reselling products supplied by BeyondWhiskers, the purchaser ("Customer") agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Wholesale Program No minimum order requirement. Orders over $300 qualify for free shipping. BeyondWhiskers is a distributor and supplier of pet treats and pet products. BeyondWhiskers is not the manufacturer of the products offered through its wholesale and white-label program. We carefully source products from trusted suppliers and offer only products we believe are worthy of our customers and their pets. Independent Business Relationship The Customer operates as an independent business and is solely responsible for its business operations. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, agency relationship, employment relationship, franchise, or joint venture between BeyondWhiskers and the Customer. White Label Products Products sold through the white-label program are supplied as received from our suppliers and are sold as-is. BeyondWhiskers does not provide: Custom manufacturing Custom formulations Custom recipes Ingredient substitutions Product development services Veterinary advice Legal advice Regulatory compliance services Customers acknowledge that BeyondWhiskers acts solely as a distributor and reseller of products sourced from third-party suppliers. Transfer of Ownership and Responsibility Ownership, risk of loss, and responsibility for products transfer to the Customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. After shipment, the Customer assumes full responsibility for: Storage Handling Transportation Repackaging Relabeling Marketing Distribution Inventory management Product rotation Resale activities Labeling and Compliance The Customer is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to: Business licensing Sales tax requirements Product registrations Feed registrations Packaging requirements Labeling requirements Marketing and advertising regulations BeyondWhiskers does not review, approve, or verify Customer-created labels, packaging, marketing materials, websites, social media content, marketplace listings, or product claims. Assumption of Risk The Customer acknowledges that pet treats, chews, foods, and related products carry inherent risks. The Customer voluntarily assumes all responsibility associated with the storage, handling, marketing, distribution, sale, feeding, and use of products after shipment. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeyondWhiskers shall not be liable for: Injury or illness to animals Allergic reactions Choking incidents Veterinary expenses Property damage Business losses Lost profits Consequential damages Incidental damages Special damages Any liability of BeyondWhiskers shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Indemnification The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BeyondWhiskers, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, or legal actions arising from: Customer business operations Product relabeling Marketing claims Regulatory violations Product resale Customer negligence Third-party claims Claims involving pet injury, illness, or death Product Availability Product availability is not guaranteed. BeyondWhiskers reserves the right to discontinue, modify, substitute, limit, or remove products from sale without notice. Pricing Errors BeyondWhiskers reserves the right to correct pricing, inventory, website, marketplace, promotional, or clerical errors at any time. We may: Cancel an order Correct pricing Limit quantities Issue a refund Request approval of a corrected price A refund shall be the Customer's sole remedy for any affected order. No Returns Due to the nature of pet food and pet treat products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Chargebacks Customers agree to contact BeyondWhiskers and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Force Majeure BeyondWhiskers shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including: Natural disasters Hurricanes Floods Fires Supplier shortages Carrier delays Government actions Labor disputes Power outages Internet outages Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be brought exclusively in a court located within the State of Florida. Acceptance By placing an order, making payment, accepting delivery, possessing, repackaging, labeling, marketing, distributing, or reselling products supplied by BeyondWhiskers, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
