Returns, Refunds & Order Policy

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• All treats and food products
• Opened packages of any kind
• Items that have been partially consumed

Orders placed by mistake, due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or no longer needed are not eligible for refunds.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

Orders may be canceled or modified within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, orders are considered in processing and cannot be canceled or changed.

If a cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, it may be issued as store credit or a refund to the original payment method, at our discretion.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

To process your request, we may ask for photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed and approved, a replacement will be provided. If a return is required, we will supply a return label.

Requests submitted after 24 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for resolution.


Shipping & Delivery

All orders include tracking so you can monitor delivery progress.

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. While we do not control delivery timing, placement, or handling during transit, we are always happy to assist if an issue arises.


Pet Preference Disclaimer

While we take pride in offering high-quality, all-natural treats, we cannot guarantee that every pet will enjoy every product. Taste preferences vary from pet to pet, and for this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or store credit based on pet preference.

We recommend:
• Starting with smaller quantities when trying new items
• Reviewing ingredients carefully for sensitivities
• Considering your pet’s known preferences before purchasing
